Received an empty box containing only an invoice. They blame the courier - trying to chase for my refund. Interesting this happened to another customer today.

I received empty box. Bad customer service, I hope to receive my refund.

Esprit has now resolved my complaint and I ordered two more pairs of trousers which I have now received with no problem..

My horrible experience is was esprit.eu, same company but selling to Irleland.Customer server is a disaster and get the money back for your refund is a very hard work, absolutely unaceptable.I ordered like few items in January, order number and returned 6 of them, they got the parcel on 17Feb, on 23 the Feb they processed only 4 of them. I claimed through Paypal, with photo of the return form and on 1st of March they sent me a mail to accept my claim and said they were to refund my money IMMEDIATELY. But, 1 week later I didn’t see any money on my Paypal account and I sent a email to ask, they never answered to me, that is why on 15th of March I escalated to Paypal the dispute I had open with them. I am still claiming and now Paypal but that is taking ages.That is not the only problem I had with them, last years I return something and after more than 1 month waiting they told me they didn’t got my parcel, lucky me I got the track number to confirm the parcel arrived to their office and lucky me I had a picture of the return form, I always take just in case, they asked me to make a sign statement to confirm what was in the box and after 2 months I got my money back.

Update: Customer Service team have been responsive to the issue after sending them the photos of the broken and empty box - I received my refund already. Received an empty box like many other customers recently. Very disappointed in the service.

I have had a lot of clothing from esprit in the past which I have been happy with however, today I received an empty box which should have been clothing. I rang and the assistant who was less than helpful, she did not apologize and told me they were experiencing a lot of messages saying the same thing. She told me to write an email with details and images of the empty box and of me!! I have tried all afternoon to send emails but they are not getting sent and are in a queue. I rang back and another assistant said to try an email without attachments which I did and this also is in a queue. They said I would not get a refund until they received the emails - I am now at a loss at what to do. I will have to ring back again - it is disgraceful service - I will not be shopping from them again!

I ordered some jackets in December and kept two but had to return one as it was too small.Anyway what I like about Esprit is the 100- day return guarantee.I sent the jacket back in January, and mistakenly tore my post office receipt.I waited about two weeks and still no refund.I then rang up Customer service and the lady on the phone sounded like she was bored or tired.Anyway, she asked me for the proof of postage details, which I did not have so couldn't help me further.I then came on this website, and started to get really worried that my £58 was gone for good.To my suprise about 10 days later, I get an email from PayPal, telling me that I have a refund from Esprit!I was extremely happy and although it did take about 4 weeks in total to get , I did get it so a happy ending for me.

Returned my order 5 Jan.Called them after a month & they blamed Brexit. Called again today (2 March) & they said they haven’t received it, even though I have the tracking which shows that it was received. Not happy & can see many others are in the same situation. They owe me £58 & I’m unable to get any help!!

I ordered a coat from Esprit on 28 Dec 2020.. It arrived on 8 Jan 2021. It was too big. I returned it on the same day using the Parcelforce label which was provided. . It was received by esprit on 11 January to a UK warehouse.I have emailed Esprit at least twice. A standard response is made with no attempt to deal with the issue. I also called esprit customer service A return refund form was to be sent immediately. It has not arrived. Customer service clearly are not telling the truth. I won't use this company again.

Shockingly bad!! I returned a jacket nearly two months ago and it was marked on my account within a few days as returned processed but I have still not received my refund. I seriously doubt I ever will! I’ve sent numerous emails and always receive a standardised response blaming Brexit and border issues, which is a complete joke as it was sent to a UK return address!!! Plus it was marked on my account as return processed weeks ago! This company are just using Brexit as an excuse not to process refunds and rip UK customers off! It’s a big scam and I would stay well away from this company! In the end I pursued through my credit card company and have received a refund via that. Just save yourself the trouble. Plus their clothes are poor quality anyway, just not worth it!

Terrible customer service, no update after 6 emails of trying to find out where my return is and not refunding me £100. I have proof of return and they keep ignoring me. Shocked at how a supposedly reputable brand can do this. Where is my parcel when it says ‘arrived’ and why aren’t they giving me my money back?! Horrendous

Always loved their clothes but always bought in store until now. Shopping online has been a horrendous experience. Ordered 2 items but only 1 arrived in the order and after calling they apologised for the mistake but couldn’t ship the other item anymore so would have to reorder and pay a further delivery charge. I sent the other item back at start of January and despite several calls and emails still no refund or even acknowledgment of the return. Really disappointed.
